How to return part of the selling price back to the buyer and is that even allowed

My buyer contacted me today and said she thought the usage of the handles of the handbag had was more than she had realized and she wanted some of her money refunded or she would return the item. I didn't know that was even possible but we agreed on a price but I cannot figure out how to refund part of the price and is that an acceptable way of doing business?

While you do not have to do this and can insist on a return, if you are both in agreement use the Refund button in the drop down menu next to the item to do a partial refund.
