How do I return a customer's money and cancel the order?

When you cancel the transaction, the buyer will automatically be refunded.

In Seller Hub, go to Orders; or in My eBay, go to Sold
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
