How to return item with out a photo
Why can't an item be returned without a **bleep** photo. If I knew how to do that I would sell items.

Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

OP2 years agoI did notify Ebay and they were helpful. I would like to find out how to down load photos but it's difficult to understand the operators.

Are you using a mobile device or computer to Buy on eBay? eBay added the picture requirement last year if memory serves. You may have to have someone help you get a picture uploaded to the return claim in order to complete it.
