How to Return Faulty Item
I am being taken around in circles on the computer trying to get help with a return. I can't attach a photo so it won't let me proceed. I can't find a phone number to help me. The item has a very strong mold smell and is unusable. I wouldn't sell anything in that condition. And I am allergic to mold. This has been such a frustrating experience, I doubt I will use or trust Ebay in the future. Also, what does "Message Tags" mean. My husband can't figure it out either. I want to return this item which it said was returnable. Thank you.

Mentor3 years agoAt the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.

Let the agent know that you want to start a return for an item that is not as described and explain that you are not able to attach a photo.
