How to return due to false or missing listing information?
Purchased shoes that did not disclose width. Shoes are a “D†which is not a woman’s shoe. Avoid seller.
return and communication ignored by eBay and seller.

So why did you make the purchase if the descriptive information was inadequate? What would your reason for return be? Not as described? Can't honestly say that; there was no incorrect description; indeed, there was no description at all, in regard to width. Doesn't fit? If the listing said returns not accepted, the seller can refuse. The first thing you need to do is check the listing, and find out what the return policy is. What is the item number?

The OP didn't respond to this so I tried to find it myself through her feedback left for others. If the shoes are the ones I think they are, she is incorrect in saying the width wasn't disclosed. In the Item Specifics it states width B. So it is a not as described return, that's the good news. The bad news is, the feedback says "Past six months" so the seller's 30 days returns and eBay's money back guarantee have expired.

Open a return request. You have 30 days from the date you received the item to open a return request.
