How to return an item I never even ordered?

Today I received an order that I never made. The label is addressed to me and it was shipped through Orange Connex, so I know it's a Chinese eBay seller. It's some cheap metal ring. I don't wear rings, ever. I certainly didn't order it, but I wasn't charged for it either.

I can only assume that some seller I purchased from before accidentally selected my name instead of the actual buyer and sent it to me in error. However, it doesn't list the seller name. It just says it's from "Egnaro" which is apparently the brand of ring, with no address. There's no packing slip inside.

I want to get it back to the seller, but there's nothing covering this circumstance in the eBay help or "contact us" category. Anyone know what to do?

Nothing you can do. Either hold onto to see if you are contacted or just do what you want with it. You have no obligation to return something you did not order.
