How to return an item from December
I have a buyer who contacted me asking for a refund. It is now June 2024 and the purchase was from December 9th, 2023. I had no idea he did not receive the items and I am happy to provide refund. I literally can not find any links to refund monies to him. How do I get this person their refund. I also asked him to start a return and he does not have that ability either. Thank you

OP2 years agoThank you, good to know. I am more than happy to refund, I will just have to find another way. I am shocked he waited this long to let me know, it was right before xmas and I am not in the habit of checking items were delivered, unless they let me know. I will have to start.

It is perplexing that neither the buyer nor you, as the seller, realized that the item was never delivered..
Since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has expired, nothing can be done through Ebay. This is now between you and the buyer.

It is too late for you to issue a refund through Ebay.
Does tracking indicate the item was delivered?
