how to return an an item without a label
As ebay did not give me a label to return an item I had a conversation with an ebay advisor and he said they would sort it and that I did not need to return the item but have had no news since

OP1 year agoAs ebay did not give me a label to return an item I had a conversation with an ebay advisor and he said they would sort it and that I did not need to return the item as I had been an ebay user for over 20 years, but have had no news since.
If ebay had given me a label it would have been worth me returning the item as there postage is much cheaper than normal commercial ones available in the UK.
The return was because the item was not what I wanted and I was willing to pay the postage.
I have not been refunded am still expecting some kind of action by ebay following the conversation I had but of course I have no proof which is one of the reasons I don't like telephones.
