Mentor2 years ago@joycef0156 eBay.com no longer has the Global Shipping Program. It has been replaced with the eBay International Shipping Program.
If there is a problem with your order then you file a refund request and eBay refunds you, not the seller. That's a perk of the new eBay International Shipping Program for sellers. It's up to eBay if they want the item returned or not, if they do then they provide a return label in the case.
If you have filed a case and eBay is not refunding you then you need to contact eBay customer service.
I recommend you contact eBay.com US support on social media as the UK customer service will probably think it's handled by the old GSP rules.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
