Mentor1 year agoyou don't need to speak to anyone. All you need to do is open a return request.
You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee
The guarantee overrides the seller return policy. If it is not as described you can return it.
The seller will have to accept the return or eBay will step in to help.
Open a return request for "item not as described" Or the closest wording that matches that.
Return an item for a refund | eBay
