I have been unable to start a return for the defective item because Ebay only allows up to 90 days for a return.I contacted the seller and he says I have to go through Ebay because of the international shipping. I tried going through the chat assistant, but that is just frustrating, leads nowhere, and refuses to transfer me to a live person.
