How to retract a complaint

I didn't receive an item and the customer didn't respond to my message. A few days later a neighbor gave me the package because they had received it. I have been trying to retract the complaint to Ebay but there isn't any clear path to do that.

You can close the request.

Go to your Purchases and find the item.
Select See request details and then Close your request.
Select your reason for closing the request from the dropdown, and add details if you want to.
Select Close request.
