How to restore an account from permanent suspension.

I had no computer service due to a relocation to a remote area. No fraud, nothing dishonest or shady. I am unable to reach a human to have my case reconsidered. I have several items to be sold and would like a second chance.

Disappointing buyer with paid orders is the death knell on eBay. It's called BBE (bad buyer experience) and there is no coming back from it. Sorry. Sounds like you should have used time away, which hides your listings and people can't buy them while you are away.

Don't try to get around the ban; you will be caught.

I am sorry to say that there is no appeal for a permanent suspension. eBay only reinstates sellers when their suspension have an ending date.
