How to restore access using KYC by Veriff
I'm not sure if I posted this question in the right category. .... But still.
A question from a friend. eBay reset his password for security reasons. We understand they suspect a hack. Then he asks if he received a text message to his phone number. But it's an old number and unavailable. There's a button there saying "I have a new number." And then he redirects me to support. He's not from the US. When I contact support, nothing much happens. Sometimes there's no call, sometimes something else. There's a lot of information online, including from friends. It says it's possible to recover your password using a selfie. This is in the rules. But how exactly to do this isn't entirely clear.
