How to restart a return I stopped?
I thought I needed to contact seller before doing that and now I cannot get them to help with a return. Their item said they take returns, but they're acting like they don't know how to handle it. Can I mail the item back and then have them handle it that way? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the Return Request has been closed, it cannot be reopened nor can you start a new request on the same item.
You can file a return through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment.
