How to respond to an offer

I am a first time seller. I received an email with Good News i’ve got an offer. when I click on respond now, it brings me to another menu and it shows I have no offers. What do I do?

You can go to your seller hub or My eBay page and find the item with an offer and respond to it by accepting/declining or sending a counter offer. If you do not respond to the offer within 24 hours it will expire. You should also be able to click on review offer in the ebay message, to see the offer.

Hopefully, you know that ebay will place a 21-30 day hold on your payments, even though you have sold some items before but over a year ago. To find out how to deal with the hold and get the funds released open the link below.
