How to resolve the temporary account suspension

I got email about account suspension. When I am trying to contact them through the help, it says give the USA number. I am not in the USA but in Italy. Therefore, I am unable reach them out for sorting it out. Anyone can help please?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
