how to resolve issue: ordered a series of 4 books and only 1 was delivered
I ordered a series of four books and received one. I cannot get the seller to respond to me about it. I don't know the "right" way to contact eBay to tell them I only received one of four books. When I tell them I didn't receive it they send me the shipping notice confirming that I did ... except they don't read the notes indicating that only one was delivered. Please advise.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
