How to resend cancelation after Seller accidently refused my cancelation request?

Although I think he's being shady. How to resend cancelation again? He was trying to figure it out from his end too... I told him not to mail it, yet he did the following day and said, he dk what to do. lol

@gobarrysanders A buyer can only REQUEST to cancel. A seller can accept or decline. You can't resend a cancelation request.

If your item hasn't arrived when it is ONE day past the last estimated delivery date then file a refund request> let us know.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund.

If the seller doesn't issue a refund or return label ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after filing the refund request.
