How to Request to Revise eBay Feedback
How can I request from eBay to 'Revise Feedback' if seller has 5 updates already and is told he can't have more than 5/year? He's hoping eBay will help me delete or revise it even though they tell him they can't send it directly on his behalf. If I wait till January, will that start a new year and let it happen?
