How to request a request for a fake/defect product that was purchased beyond 90 days ago?

I purchased a SanDisk micro SD card from seller [Removed by moderator] in Feb 2025. After the purchase, I haven't used this product for a while until recently. Unfortunately, it gave me lots of trouble. In the end, I used some specialized software to test it and found it either fake or defect. I contacted the sell, but no response. And, the eBay customer service does not provide an option to deal such a case. What should I do now? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!

Since you have passed the 30 days to file a return request through Ebay Money Back Guarantee, there is nothing that can be done through Ebay.

You are also probably too late to dispute the charge with your funding source.
