How to request a feedback revision, I clicked the button but its not obvious what to do next

I've never done this before but a buyer wants to revise his feedback so I want to send a feedback request. It is well within the 30 days and the page says I have 5 feedback revision requests remaining. When I click the button that says "Request Feedback Revision" it takes me to my feedback profile page but there is no button or link or other action that I can see that enables me to actually request a feedback revision.

Unfortunately, I don't have any feedback received that I can request a feedback revision, so this is from memory. When you go to your feedback page, scroll to the bottom and click the like to Request Feedback Revision, I believe ebay shows you the feedback that can be requested to be revised. I think you select the feedback and click on the link, and that sends the feedback revision request to the buyer. The buyer then has 10 days to act on it.
