You can reprint your label within 24 hours of purchase from here:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
If you missed the deadline for reprinting, you can void the label, and use the open in the dropdown next to the order transaction to purchase another label.
You can void a label within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
