How to report triangulation?
I am always looking for Patagonia products on eBay. Some sellers are obviously practicing triangulation. Usually items like new duffels. The prices are very low, and some buyers report in feedback that the items are shipped to the wrong address and from a major retailer, not from the seller.
So someone (either someone with a stolen credit card or the retailer) is getting scammed. I don’t find a way to report these sellers to eBay. There’s no category to use, and when I try to report it using the form and explain the issue to eBay, it doesn’t go through.
I haven’t been scammed, but I don’t want Patagonia and others to be subject to fraud.
