How to report someone for a harassing message

How to handle a person who sends a sarcastic message re: an item I had for sale
I had a slingback bag for sale for $22 and I stated it was leather, It has been on the market for 698 days. A person with the user name joydiv59 just messaged me and his/her message was sarcastic, calling me "buddy" and asking me why I would try to deceive people, why was I asking $22 for the item and generally accusing me of tryng to rip people off. I messaged him/her back and said that I would revise the listing ( I took the item off eBay) and told him/her I used the price suggested by eBay. His response was "Suck a fat one, loser." My question is- is there any way that this person can be reported for harassment?
