how to report someone/

I have a seller that cancelled an order on me. And did NOT notify me. I sent him 2 messages that day to clear up my understanding. He never responded. So I gave him a bad review. Now, after a month, he responds. And now gives me 12 hours to remove the negative review. That actually sounds like a vailed threat. I can not get to ebay CS to report it. How do I get to CS.?

You can use the Report option in the Action dropdown in the message to report the threat.

Just ignore the message.
