How to report soft porn items in search

I do a simple search on actor ALAIN DELON and a number of soft-porn photos of women (no Alain) are included in my search. I want this trash to stop!!!Disgusting! I will cease buying on eBay and close my account if this continues! They appear to be items/photos from Argentina.How do I report this?

Interesting. When I search "Alain Delon" I get 2,200+ results all pertaining to Alain Delon, NO "soft porn".
