How to report seller using stock photos for used items

Question

Just purchased a used Marantz Theater reciever, which was listed as 100% functional and tested, and had prestine photos. What arrived had faulty HDMI switching, and was NOT the item pictured. Same model, but not even the same color! It also haf duct tape residue on the front. Attenpted to contact seller, but they wont respond. Im not looking for a refund, but would like to report this incident somehow, so they don't do this crap to someone else

If the seller will not respond, and you don't want a refund or to return the item, the only thing to do is to leave calm factual feedback. You can even leave photos when you leave feedback for the seller.
