How to report seller selling knockoff of golf club
Summary: rdlebo ordered a set of Ping G440 irons from an online seller but received counterfeit clubs instead. They contacted the seller without receiving a response and faced difficulty with the platform's AI customer service when trying to report the issue.
I ordered Ping G440 Iron Set 4-PW, UW Black Right Hand - Club Head 8-Pcs from golf_accessories-0 .
I received them and they are not Ping clubs ,they are cheap knockoffs. Before I realized the problem I had the shafts and grips added.
I have contacted the seller with no answer.
I tried to cantact Ebay but they want a picture of something and the AI computer dosen't recegnize the problem

Mentor1 month agoYou need to open a Return Request for an Item Not as Described, counterfeit. However, you likely will run into trouble since you modified the item. if the seller wants to send you a return label to send it back before refunding.
