How to report seller for falsely selling carrier locked phone that is listed as unlocked?

I purchased as a backup and did not connect to my carrier. Now when i need it, i found it was sold as unlocked and was never unlocked per Verizon???? I guess there are no options to report fraudulent marketing?

From what you wrote, I assume you bought it more than 30 days ago. Was it within the last 6 months? If so, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described. This is the best way for eBay to know there are issues with the seller’s items.

If the item details can still be through in your purchase history - the full details, not just the title - then you can use the report item function found by clicking the ? in the lower right.

I don’t think it would be fair to say that all of the seller’s items are misrepresented, so your report should be for just the item you purchased.
