how to report seller doing business outside eBay
I am guilty of contacting a seller about an item for sale and I was directed outside of eBay for the transaction. I received a similar but inferior item to which the seller acknowledged and promised to make it right. That was 6 weeks ago (I have all the texts and phone conversations). I was willing to ignore the exclusion of eBay so the seller could avoid the fees but as I have been wronged and continually ignored, I am ready to be a tattle tale. How do I report a seller using eBay to make contact with buyer(s) then mover outside eBay?

Mentor4 months agoAlthough you can report the seller to eBay if the communication did not occur on the eBay message system eBay will not do anything. You can use this link to report the seller:
