how to report fraudulent fedex charges astronomically out of line.....no ability to contact ebay
sent hot tub cover two states away ebay generated shipping label for approx 29.00 .Item under 30 lbs, 72 inches x 8 inches x 36 inches....ebay trying to collect 1452.00 charge...... this is about as fraudulent as you can get.Any suggestions on how to handle this beyond legal involvement???Thanks

Mentor2 years agoYou are going to need to appeal that, but there is no way that would cost $29 to ship.
Did you ship it Fed Ex Ground or Expedited?
FedEx is brutal if the pricing is incorrect upfront. IT is a charge from FedEx, not eBay
Gather all your data first then
1) Is there an appeal in the upcharge notification email? If so, start there
2) Contact eBay through the eBay for Business page. Send a private message there.
