How to report fraud
I purchased a IPad and the seller has promised to ship item but has also asked for more money for additional shipping fee.
The seller has send several emails telling me how she is a struggling student and keeps promising to ship but hasn’t.
I suspect fraud and want to know how to report it to EBay.
