how to report an unsolicited, suspicious package?
Unsolicited package received. Contained used router extender. Don't know who sent it or why. Shipper says via text that it was "sent as intended". Says to throw it out rather than offer to contact buyer for clarification. Is this some sort of phishing scam? Can a network be hacked by plugging in a tampered Netgear extender? Is eBay responsible for a security check?
