how to report an unauthorized order to eBay
Chat saying I should report unauthorized order to eBay without offering contact info. Any number to call or link available?

1-866-961-9253 is a dedicated line for customers who may have experienced fraud on their account.

OP4 months agoThanks so much. Talked to an agent over an hour and was promised everything fine now, will monitor my credit card. A hacker from Frackville Pennsylvania hacked my account late night last Thursday, and placed an order charged my credit card through PayPal (I shouldn't store any finance info here). The weird thing was the shipping address was my own address. I messaged the seller saying "this is an unauthorized order, please stop processing while I'm working with eBay" as I couldn't cancel it. Then I received an email saying the order on the way with a tracking number but never get response from the seller. It makes me think whether the seller is the hacker or related with hacker, and trying to dump unwanted inventory... Just wondering this new scammer tactics. eBay agent told me that the order won't come, but I still see it's there and showing the delivery date next week. Will see
