How to report a seller who did not refund ?
I returned Face Cream bcoz it was spoiled and smelled really bad. Paid $42.22. Sent it back and paid for shipping again about $12. The seller never refund. Please advise what can be done? Thx!

Mentor8 months agoDid you file a Refund Request on Ebay? If so, did the seller respond to the return request?
