How to report a seller and ask for refund
Hi, i bought an item 20 days ago, the item has not been shipped (it said it will arrive in the next 8 days). The seller does not respond to any message i have sent. Now the page is empty, and no more items are listed. I cannot report the item has not arrive yet, since it says i have to wait till November 21. This seller is an obvious scam but i have my hands tied and cannot do anything this november 21 apparently, is there any way to contact ebay to start the case earlier?
