How to report a seller
A seller accepted my offer and I was charged for the item automatically (as it should be). Less than 24 hours later, my order was cancelled because of "an issue with the buyer's shipping address". First, the seller never messaged me to try and resolve the "issue". Second, I currently have four other eBay items (from four different sellers) that shipped during the last 3 days with zero issue.
I suspect this seller noticed a higher offer after they had accepted mine and decided to arrange for a sale to the higher bidder so they cancelled my purchase using the imaginary "address issue" as their excuse.
What can I do about this?

Mentor2 years agoYou can report the seller here:
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write something similar to, "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating there was an issue with my address ." I use the same address for all my orders without a problem.
