How to report a listing
I came across a listing of our product and the seller is using photos that were sent as part of a PRIVATE seller application for an online marketplace - the photos were never intended for public use and have been taken without our consent and are now being used publicly. I have spent hours trying to report the listing and each time am led to a dead end. Can someone please tell me how to report a copyright infringement?
We are not currently selling on this platform.
Firstly, I tried clicking on the ‘Report this Listing’ button in the listing and was led to a page advising that this function was no longer available and the instructions read:
This feature is no longer supported. To submit a report, go back to the item, tap the three dot icon, select "Help & Report" and then "Submit report." Or, tap the question mark icon and select "Submit report."
I have searched high and low for the “three dot icon†and the "question mark icon" but cannot find where they are hiding - any clues would be greatly appreciated.
I then tried the ‘Contact Us’ button and followed the prompts to ‘Report Content’. I completed the form, checked everything was correct and then submitted it but was promptly notified with the message, “Report submission failedâ€. No explanation as to why. I re-entered the information on three different occasions and despite completing everything correctly got the same message every time - “Report submission failed†- with zero information about what I had done wrong.
I also tried communicating with the chat ‘assistant’ and was chastised by the robot which advised me that it had already told me what I had asked it. Actually it hadn’t.
I have spent hours on this - time that I do not have to waste - and am exhausted. I find it absolutely appalling that there is not a simple procedure where you can just submit information.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could please tell me how I can submit information about copyright infringement. An email address would be a gift from heaven, but I’ll take an online submission form - preferably one that works!!!

Mentor1 year agoTo file a copywrite infringement case, the seller has to be a member of VeRO (Verified Rights Owner). Here is information on VeRO:
