How to report a fake item that caused physical harm?
I purchased a few Sol De Janeiro creams off of a Seller on here back in mid June. I just opened them, as they were meant to be backups for when I ran out. The smell was off and against my better judgement, I tried a bit. My chest closed up, skin turned red - I ended up in the ER. I have no known allergies, yet, something in this caused me to react. Upon release, I observed each unit I bought from the Seller -- I now notice very small tells that these are "deep fakes". It is now obvious that they used old Sol De Janeiro Body scrub containers (instead of bum bum cream containers) and placed some sort of cheap floral lotion inside.
I am beyond upset.
There are many of these on Ebay now and even more fake sprays. How is this allowed? They are going to kill someone!
Ebay doesn't have ANY way to report this aside from leaving them feedback, all in which they have ignored. Even as I write this, the tags below will NOT allow me to correctly alert anyone.
