How to report a clearly fraudulent listing

I came across this listing which seemed odd, but I didn’t look closer until they sent me an “offer” this has clearly been picked through and did not even bother to hide the common/uncommon cards that arent even from those sets. Is there a way to report this for fraud before someone buys this thinking its legitimate?

You can report a listing using the eBay app with the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the listing to choose "Help & report".

Note that since eBay has no opportunity to actually examine the item in person, and most likely eBay lacks expertise to determine if something is counterfeit, individual reports are probably not given much weight by eBay unless the report concerns something that is obvious just by looking at the listing using no particular expertise in the subject matter.
