How to remove negative feedback from buyer
Buyer received the item which is a graded coin and complained outside had dirt on it. All he had to do was wipe it off and he gave me a negative feedback. The item was not affected in any way

Mentor1 week agoBuyer stated the item had food stains (not "dirt") and the case was "beat up".
Ebay will not remove the feedback for 2 reasons:
The feedback does not violate Ebay policy.
The feedback was left more than 30 days ago.
