How to remove negative feed back even though the buyer got a total refund and shipping.
Any thing I can do? Ebay wasnt any help.. Had no contact what so ever with the buyer, just a blasting negative comment. Gave the buyer 100 % refund and return shipping after informed by ebay I had a complaint. All my sales include the following..... Sold As Is Without Returns Unless Not As Described in Text and Pictures.
Total refund would have been given plus postage if he would have contacted me. This individual has never responded to any thing I have said to him. It sucks to have this negative feedback. I have currently have 484 positive ones and 1 negative one. I was able to explain my issue in his feedback which I would gladly remove if he would do the same for me .. Mentor2 years agoThat neg was left 12 months ago. You should have contacted ebay within 30 days of receiving it, and ebay could have removed it. That neg should go away at the end of this month, or the end of September, and the you'll be back to 100% positive.
