How to remove feedback you left accidentally for another seller

Hi there,

Can you please let me know how to remove a feedback I accidentally sent for another seller.

Im currently disputing an item that I cancelled with the seller and I accidentally left a feedback that belongs to another seller for a cosmetic brush. It may appear that I received the item but I have not. How can I fix this?

Hi @americangirlclassics

Actually, you cannot remove Feedback but you can change Neutral or Negative to Positive by requesting a Feedback revision form from the Seller. Sellers are allowed 5 of those per year and you would have 10 days to complete it.
