I want to find out if there is a way to remove "bulk savings" from a listing.

Yes, it's possible.
I assume you are talking about the boxes for
Buy 2, Buy 3, Buy 4 discounts? or "Save up to 20% when you buy more"
There are 2 ways to add that and thus 2 ways to remove.
If you use the added the bulk savings in the listing itself, revise the listing and turn off "Volume Pricing"
If you created a discount, either end the discount or remove the listing by editing. You'll find it here:

It appears to me that you have removed it from your active apple remote listing since I tried adding 4, and then 10 to my cart and there was no discount.
