How to remove bidding restrictions
I had won two biddings. And trying for another two. I had asked the seller's permission to send payment after the bidding was done for next two items so that I could avail combined shipping. But before that only my order was cancelled by ebay due to no payment sent. When I asked the seller (Pene-397) to send the invoice, he replied it was not possible then. Kindly suggest what to do.
