How to remove bad review and message.
My screw up. I claimed a package wasn't received and my wife had it in her car. She forgot about it.
Need to get rid of the bad review and message I left.

Mentor2 years ago@walaye. You need to contact the seller and ask them to send you a feedback revision request.
If the seller doesn't know how tell them to go their feedback page.
Once sent you have 10 days to respond.
