How to remove a negative feedback for a seller
I give negative feedback to the seller because he ship a Japanese version of a video game called "KOF XIV ultimate edition" and I pay for a "PAL English version of KOF XIV ultimate edition", so the seller contacted me ask me if I can remove the negative feedback if he refund me, and he refund me just minutes ago, so I want to remove the negative feedback from him but I don't how to do it

You need to contact the seller and have them send you a Feedback Revision form. Only the seller can send you one. You will get an email from Ebay and it will have a link in it so you can easily revise the feedback.
I caution you about doing this again. A seller should NEVER say they will refund you if you change your negative feedback. That is a no no. But I'm glad the seller actually gave you your money back.
In the future just file a Request for Return. Then the seller can decide if they want you to return it or just refund it. And everything is on record with Ebay.
