How to remove a false review

Question

The customer ordered an item the day before Christmas and I couldn't mail it until the day after Christmas. Because they ordered at such a busy time it didn't arrive on time and they left a bad review saying I didnt mail it for 2 weeks which is false. I need it removed.

If you go to your Seller Hub or Help and Contact, you can submit a Feedback Removal Request. Keep it short and to the point. If you did ship on time, you could say "Buyer referenced late shipping. I shipped on time".

If you did not ship on time, eBay will most likely not remove it. In that case, you can ask the Buyer to revise it. Or you can reply. Keep any response professional.
