how to relist an item
I am newer to selling. A person purchased an item and instead of canceling the order first I refunded the person and contacted them letting them know that I could not process their address because the shipping said their address is invalid. This has happened to me once before and I canceled the order first and then issued a refund. Now that I issued a refund first when I try to relist the item it says it is still active. How do I fix that?
